Returns
You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and fully packed as it was upon arrival.
Before returning the product, you must first contact us at [email protected] for return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed only after we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions. If the product is damaged, used, or missing parts of its original packaging, the refund may be denied or a partial refund may be issued.
